Welcome to UAE Loyalty, a digital platform operated by HnK Technologies LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), registered in the United Arab Emirates. We provide digital loyalty card services integrated with Apple Wallet and Google Pay. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Information when you use our services as a Merchant or as an End-Customer.

2. Information We Collect

A. For Merchants (Business Owners & Staff)

• Account Information: Name, business email address, passwords, and shop/business details.
• Branding Assets: Logos, brand colors, and program names.

B. For End-Customers

• Identifiers: Mobile phone number (used as your unique membership ID) and your full name.
• Transaction Data: Timestamps of when you earn points or redeem rewards, and the specific merchant location.
• Device Tokens: Anonymous push notification tokens (APNs) and Google Wallet Object IDs required to update the digital pass on your device. We do not track your GPS location.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To generate and distribute digital loyalty passes to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.
• To push real-time updates to your digital wallet when you earn a point or redeem a reward.
• To provide Merchants with analytics regarding their specific customer base (Merchants cannot see data from other Merchants).
• To prevent fraud, perform velocity checks, and ensure the security of the platform.

4. Information Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We share data only in the following necessary circumstances:

• Wallet Providers: We transmit necessary pass data to Apple Inc. and Google LLC strictly to render and update the digital loyalty cards on your mobile device.
• Your Merchant: If you join a specific shop's loyalty program, that shop owner will have access to your name, phone number, and point balance to facilitate the service.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by UAE law or legitimate government requests.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

UAE Loyalty utilizes strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to function:

• Authentication: JSON Web Tokens (JWT) are stored locally for Merchant and Staff login sessions.
• Smart Redirects: We place a non-tracking cookie (e.g., enrolled_merchant) on customer devices to seamlessly open their existing wallet pass instead of asking them to register again.

6. Data Security and Hosting

Your data is processed and stored securely using industry-standard encryption (in transit via HTTPS and at rest). We utilize cloud infrastructure designed to comply with UAE data residency and protection standards.

7. Your Data Rights & Deletion

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data.

End-Customers: You may request to have your loyalty account and phone number permanently deleted from our systems by contacting the Merchant directly, or by emailing us at the address below. Note that removing the pass from your Apple/Google Wallet does not automatically delete your data from our servers.
