How do I add my card to Apple/Google Wallet?

Simply scan the QR code provided by the merchant at their shop. After entering your details, click the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to Google Pay" button. The card will appear instantly in your native wallet app.

Where can I see my current point balance?

Your balance is visible on the front of the card in your Apple or Google Wallet. It updates in real-time via push notification every time you make a purchase at the shop.

For Merchant Admins

How do I scan a customer's pass?

Log in to your Admin Dashboard, and click "Launch Scanner" from the sidebar or header. This opens the web-terminal. Grant camera access, and simply point your tablet or phone at the customer's wallet QR code.

Can I customize my card branding later?

Yes! Go to the "Branding" section in your dashboard. You can change your logo, accent color, and program name. Note: Updates to existing customer cards may take up to 60 minutes to reflect on their devices.
